Reeds 'n Stuff Bassoon Pregouger (Push-Style)

The Reeds 'n Stuff Bassoon Pregouger is the older push-style tool. It has two feet that can rest against a desk with a right angle. You lay soaked cane against the blade, curve side up, and use the flat edge of the pusher to push the cane under the blade while holding the cane down. It is intended to use this tool before gouging your cane to save the blade on your gouging machine.
