Shipping
Orders are shipped within one business day, unless the order is for shaped Oboe or English Horn cane. Cane that requires shaping usually ships within three business days.
Returns
We offer 30 day money back guarantee on all products, except reeds and cane. If you are not fully satisfied with a product, simply call or email us and get a Return Authorization (RA) number before sending the item back. If you are returning an item from an order which qualified for free shipping, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the amount refunded if your new total falls below the qualifying amount. The refund will be issued upon our receipt of the return.
Returns after 30 days are subject to a 10% restocking fee and must be returned in like new to new physical condition.
Reeds and cane are only returnable if they are physically damaged upon receipt. This exception is clearly stated on all applicable products.
