Reeds 'n Stuff Profiling Machine

The two-part ramp not only allows for continuous adjustment of the incline of the profile, but also enables the profiling of a tip. The length of the tip as well as its profile angle are also variable. This way you get your very own personal profiling machine.

The length stop integrated into the barrel makes it even easier to position the cane. The position of the length stop is variable, accommodating for different cane lengths.

For profiles with a more pronounced spine, there are special barrels with beveled pins. You can choose between three variants in addition to the standard barrel to achieve your desired result. Click on the options to see pictures of the cane profiles.

The position of the scoring blades is continuously adjustable, so that you can choose the length of your blade.

The scoring blades automatically disappear behind this blade protection when folded, contributing to injury-free working.

The newly designed base plate allows for an easy transformation of the profiling machine from bassoon to contrabassoon. This enables you to easily use one machine for all your reeds.

Thanks to the new transport lock, the machine is now ready to accompany you on your travels without the risk of damage. Please make sure to take the barrel out of the machine for transport.
