LefreQue Tutorial Sound Bridge

The lefreQue is a sound bridge that will make all wind instruments sound better. It consists of a bridge that is built up by two glass elements that will repair the sound breaches that occur in different parts of a wind instrument, thereby making the sound more focused and in tune. You can put the lefreQue on your instrument using an especially developed elastic band. You do not need to change anything on the instrument itself.

The 33 mm model is made to connect the bell to the middle joint. At this time the best band to hold the lefreQue in place is the 85 mm. Make sure to order this along with the lefreQue. The originators of the lefreQue are still working on the best way to attach this model to the instrument. The close key work can sometimes be a problem, depending on the instrument. They are working hard to solve this problem. In the meantime the 85 mm is the best option. 

The 41 mm model connects the bell to the middle joint. At this time the best band to hold the lefreQue in place is the 85 mm. 

The 55 mm Xtra Curved Double Reed model is made to connect the top of the instrument to the bocal or reed staple. This model works with the oboe, English horn, and bassoon. There is a specially designed band to hold the lefreQue in place. Make sure to order the proper one of these along with the lefreQue if you don't already have one.

The 76 mm model is made to connect the top of boot joint to the bottom of the wing joint. There is a specially designed band to hold the lefreQue in place.
