Flexibility Average: 24.85 degrees of rotation on a Reeds 'n Stuff Flexibility machine

Flexibility Range: 16.5 - 31.6 degrees of rotation

*Only one piece of cane measured below 21.0 degrees of rotation in our sample, and it was the piece that measures 16.5 degrees. It appears to be an anomaly in Danzi's processing.
