Manufacturing Method
Traditional shaper tip manufacturing involves cutting processes that typically result in a ±0.01mm margin of error in the finished tip size.
We offer a version of the Adam shaper tips created using wire EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining). It uses a different cutting process that improves accuracy to just ±0.001mm—that's 10x more accurate!
While wire EDM is incredibly accurate, it is also slow and expensive for manufacturing shaper tips. We believe wire EDM Adam shaper tips are worth the investment when you need a precise and consistent copy of the Adam shapes with unmatched accuracy.
