So only was this product delivered swiftly with no fuss, but whoever is shaping their cane knows what they are doing. With previous companies, I was having success rates approaching 60% of cane delivered actually being able to be tied, and an equally small portion of those being decent reeds. With my cane from Hodge, I have soaked and tied 5 pieces so far, all of them being functional reeds, and two of them being outstanding reeds. I cannot wait to see how the rest of this came performs - I'm actually looking forward to reedmaking!

Good quality cane that was very straight and the correct diameter. It was shaped really well and didn't leak when tied. I just order more.

I swear by pisoni! It's easy to work with and the sound produced by my finished reeds is excellent.
