The HumidiPro Reed Care Case is designed to prolong the playing life of your reeds by providing the ideal humidity controlled environment. By keeping your reeds at a constant stable level of moisture, the case prevents the harmful "wetting and drying cycle" which speeds up the aging process and also causes the reed to warp. The Bassoon Reed Case holds 8 reeds safely and securely, and includes a digital hygrometer/thermometer. and a humidipak that will last for many months at a time. NOTE: Case size is 8.25"L x 4.50"W x 1.75"D, and will fit in most case cover accessories compartments. It is NOT designed to fit inside your instrument case.
