LefreQue 76 mm Sound Bridge for Bassoon Base Joint, 4th Connection

The lefreQue is a sound bridge that will make all wind instruments sound better. It consists of a bridge that is built up by two metal elements that will repair the sound breaches that occur in different parts of a  wind instrument. You can put the lefreQue on your instrument using an especially developed elastic band. You do not need to change anything on the instrument itself.

The 76 mm model is made to connect the top of boot joint to the bottom of the wing joint. There is a specially designed band to hold the lefreQue in place. Materials

Silver plated - Round sound, a lot of 'core' in the tone and fast response. The silver plating will give the upper harmonics more brilliance.

Solid Silver - 92.5% Silver. Pure, warm sound abounding with overtones, more mass, speed, brilliance and increased flexibility in dynamics.

Fine Silver - 99.9% Silver. Pure, warm sound abounding with overtones, more mass, speed, brilliance and increased flexibility in dynamics to an even greater degree. Fine silver is replacing solid silver.

Gold Plated - All of the silver but in all aspects superlative. Makes the overtones even more in tune because the pureness of the gold. The yellow gold sounds a bit darker than the rose gold.

The materials have to match the materials of your instrument. Use at least the material of your instrument or a higher material to be sure of the best result. For wood instruments the best result is with solid silver or higher. We have included the silver plated option as a more economical option that still has some positive possibilities.
